I'd also like to say that wowwiki has more than just talents, it also has guides to nearly everything in the game from profession guides to raid guides.

How to be better at playing your class

http://elitistjerks.com/forums.php - The elitist jerks forum is good for finding some useful info about your class. Although I have to admit I tend to use the official wow forums more.

Rawr has been designed from the start to be fun to use, and helpful in finding better combinations of gear, and what gear to obtain.' - I've only just started using it but it can be very helpful when you have to make a hard gear or gem choice. It's very well designed and I recommend you use it if you're interested in serious raiding.
